It can be challenging to find a good night’s sleep. This is especially true when you’re stressed, anxious, or tired. Make sure it’s dark in the room where you plan on sleeping because this will help with falling asleep faster. The darkness signals to our bodies that we should start transitioning into sleep mode instead of being awake and active.
